个人简历

王飞久,博士,河南大学黄河学者特聘教授。主要从事低维材料制备,非线性光学表征,及光电子器件研究;包括碳纳米管、石墨烯、与新型二维材料的制备、光学表征、以及其在光伏电池,晶体管等光电子器件方面的研究。近年来共发表SCI收录论文27篇,其中包括有Nature communications, Nanoscale,ACS photonics,Nature,Chemistry of Materials等一区文章十多篇。受邀在Springer上撰写书籍的一个章节。授权发明专利5项;其中日本专利1项。曾获得京都大学能源研究所优秀学生奖,国际学会的Young Author’s Award等荣誉。曾参与日本Erato Itami重大项目,总经费超12000余万元。目前为多个国际著名杂志包括Advanced Materials, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces和Topics in Current Chemistry等特邀评审人。

低维碳材料及过渡金属二维材料控制制备及其能源领域应用研究;

基于低维碳材料及过渡金属二维材料的微纳光电子器件;

低维材料异质结构控制制备、表征、及其器件。
